Locknut

Does anyone have, or know where I can get a locknut and plates for a Mod 6 neckthru Charvel. The closest description I can give is that the guitar like I said is a Charvel Model 6, 1987. The locknut currently there has 3 Flathead screws that attached to the plates. Also, the locknut is held to the guitar by 4 small screws.
