silver sparkle charvel - rare color?

I've seen two of these - a Charvel 750XL and a 375. I just put the 375 in layaway for the hell of it at the local pawn shop - my gear fund is still reeling from getting two soloists last month. ;0

Anyways, anyone else seen/have a charvel in this color? It's a big sparkle/metal flake... kinda gaudy looking, but interesting.

Here's my 650xl. I would love a 750 in the same color. Where did you see that one?

I remember Pete mentioning the sparkly NOS 750 awhile back. [img]graemlins/drool2.gif[/img] I sure wish he would go ahead & snag it so we can start pestering him to sell it to us. [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img] Seriously, though, that finish must look amazing on an archtop.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Someone else bought it. I would have, but I'm not paying a grand for a 750XL with a solid color. If they had went down to $600 or so, then I would have been all over the guitar. I dropped in every few months, made an offer each time just for the hell of it. I figured they would have had that guitar until the end of time. [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]
