Do I go for Model 2 or Model 3A?

Allright! Time for me to get back in the Charvel fold again, I don't feel quite right hanging around here if I don't play one myself. Besides.. I love these guitars! This is what I found today, both are dirt cheap:

Charvel Model 2, white, with 1 humbucker. It didn't say if the trem was a Floyd Rose or Kahler. No pickguard (which I think looks really nice).

Charvel Model 3A, also white, equipped with two Jackson humbuckers and a Kahler trem. 5 pos. switch. I believe this one's got a pickguard.

I know there's less info on the Model 2 but it's all I had to go by. I will definitely buy one of these babies unless I have really bad luck and they're already sold.

Just wondering which one you think I should go for? Is there really such a big difference between these models, other than the obvious fact one's got one more pickup?

i suppose it depends wat music your playing.

the model 3A would be more versatile and will be able to handle a slightly wider range of styles with more ease than the model 2 but then again it all comes down to personal preference.
one humbucker or two? lol

Hmm.. One hum or two hums, pickguard or no pickguard.. Decisions, decisions.. lol

I myself would go for the 2. Not a fan of pickguards on model series guitars. Or wait for a 3A without.

I don't think a 3A without a pickguard will show up any time soon here. Not at that price anyeway. Model 2 looks awesome.. Guess I should ask myself how much do I really use that neck pickup anyway..

I'd have to know which trem that Model 2 has. If it's got the Kahler Fulcrum, I'd get the other guitar. If it has the JT-6, I'd get the Model 2.

If a guitar has more than one pickup I tend to mix it up and use them all in one form or another.If it has only one thats cool as well.
