    is it even legit?
    i havent ever seen a headstock like that on a toothpaste charvel (but true, i havent been around that much)





    trying to figure out the neckplate/serial #
    You can't play no muthfuggin' arpeggios on a tuba...

      I'm almost 100% sure that is legit - I've seen a couple guitars like that posted here in the past.

        ST Custom from '91. Those actually had some pretty cool features, but that headstock is just sad.

            The Texas Special model7's (tele) had a headstock like that..I bought one that was swapped w/ a Warmoth..

                Fugly indeed, but very different to the one in the first post. That one (your guitar) is commonly referred to around the JCF as the "Eagle Beak" headstock. Very different from the "Paddle Pop" in the first post, and the "Ball Sack" seen on the Phil Collen sigs.

                btw, if it's not a Model series guitar, it can't be a Model 7. Small toothpaste logo suggests a mid-90s model. I can't recall the designation, but that was a tele companion to the CX series. Some kind of TX, mebbe?

                  Ditto, It was called a TX Custom, and you are correct 90's..
