    maple/maple neck
    reverse pointy headstock
    recessed floyd
pickup combo should be humbucker only or H/S

    number of frets isnt important

model 7 comes close, but doesnt have a recessed trem..
You can't play no muthfuggin' arpeggios on a tuba...

I don't think your going to find anything to fit all your specs in the import charvels, maybe there is a Jackson that fits your specs.

One that almost fits your bill, is the Charvel Spectrum. It has the maple/maple neck, rev headstock and recessed Schaller Floyd, but it is routed for three singles.

Predator would be perfect except for the maple fretboard...or a 3DR for that matter.

        Does Jackson make a DK2MR?

I have been looking for one fitting those same specs. I first saw one of those that belonged to Criss Oliva of Savatage, and is now used in some of the art work by Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Below is a link with Criss with his white one that matches those features. It also has the toothpaste logo.

            That looks like a Predator/Model 3DR with a maple fretboard...must be a custom job.

+1. Model 7 neck + Predator/Model 3DR body. I've see Models 7's being sold without the original neck.

There were maple necked Fusions, but they didn't have a reverse headstock.

I know that when Criss was young, he won a white Charvel in a contest. I have seen pictures though of one with H/S/S and a rosewood fretboard that is also white. So I am not sure which one he won. If it is the maple fretboard H/S, it very well may be something from the custom shop.

I find it unlikely that the CS would have used the toothpaste logo. I've personally never seen a USA Charvel with it before. I could be wrong of course, but I would say the chance is a lot higher that it's an M7/Pred parts mutt.

Criss' guitar is a Legend/Predator parts mutt. Model 7 had the guitar logo, the Legend had the script logo.
