Looks tempting with that BIN price...

    Son Of Spy
    1976 Gibson Mk53
    1988 Charvel Model 3
    1993 Jackson Dinky Reverse (DR5)

That looks great, but I'm not too familiar with the toothpaste ones. 650xl? Still, nothing I can do about it from the uk

Not a 650xl...650xl were neck-trus, bound fingerboard and MOP sharkfins.

I think it may be a parts guitar, based on some of the body features. It has a San Dimas style control route & no neck joint scallop. I can't think of any toothpaste-logo Charvels that were like that, or that came in that finish (though a refin is always possible). Looks damn sweet though, & might be worth the BIN.

That looks like a USA Dinky body.
I don't recall ever seeing a neck plate recess route on an import.
I see it on the USA Dinky bodies all the time.

I saw that and I was puzzled by the dual hums as well. If that's a USA body, it might be worth that price.

If thats a USA body with a custom factory finish would there be anything written in the trem cavity on the back?

There should be something in the trem cavity and/or neck pocket.
I've done more digging and that has to be a USA body.
I can't find a single import with a neck plate route like that.

I asked him about the address on the neckplate and if the covers are made of metal or plastic. I doubt it will turn out as anything though as this guy seems to know his Jackson Charvel parts. (checked feedback)

Even if it is a parts guitar, it's still a nice looking guitar for the price.
I would snap it up if I had the spare cash. Love the two tone burst finish.

Hmm, perhaps it was backdoored? Or maybe he checked the neckplate and trem cavity like I asked him to and decided it might be worth more. He never replied to my questions.
