  • Identification help

I have finally succumbed superstrat GAS by buying a charvel strat on eBay.
On getting it I realised there was no serial no, it was originaly routed for H-S-S, It was sold with a different bridge, It had been repainted, and I had Absolutely no idea what I had just bought.
So here are the specs, any Ideas?
    Maple through neck
    maple fretboard, radius is high
Charvel by jackson charvel on the headstock
    Grover Tuners
Has a schaller humbucker but I don't think its original
    front routed
comfort contoured heel, arm and belly but these might not be original.

those are the old bridge mounts
If you want any more information or pictures i'll do what I can.

How about a pic of the whole guitar.
Sounds like a Model 6, but the maple board is throwing me.

I also think it sound slike a model 6 except for the fretboard. Couldnt be some 750XL Varaint could it? since its neck though thats about all I can think it could be, but I doubt it.

Someone could have put a new board on it as well... wouldn't be the first time.

Or it could be a Japan market only variant of one of these

I don't see any neck-thru's with a maple board as an option.

That DK-085-HH with the reverse headstock and sharkies looks awesome.

Could be a Vester with a Charvel logo I have seen several neck thru vesters with maple fingerboards

None of the neck-through production Charvels were front routed either (i.e. for a pickguard). So if it doesn't have the back routes, I'd say it's not even a Charvel at all.
