How much should a modern Charvel Standard fetch?

I know recently the journeymen are going in the $200-300 range on ebay. I've been watching some standards try to get around $350-500 and never get it.

I don't really see any configuration diff beetween the models other than finishes but maybe someone can correct me. Why do people think the standard is more valuable?

If you're talking about the made in Japan models from a few years ago, there are a two differences: they have two humbuckers instead of one, and they have a maple fretboard. I got one on eBay a few months ago for $252.
