Surfcaster: what was the original case it came with?

I've got a Surfcaster, but sadly, not the original case.

Does anyone know what kind of case originally came with these guitars?

What it looked like....etc.?

To my knowledge they didn´t came with a case, like most imports.
I could be wrong though..., but none of mine have original cases at least.
