That's an '86 Model 6 with the Kahler trem. Here's the catalog page with the specs:

      thanks,
i have i usa ke2, i love the neck and the general feel of it, how does the model 6 compare to it?
is the neck thinner, thicker or about the same?
      do you know?

My Model 6 is an '87, and the neck is definitely a little thicker than the KE2. The KE2 is listed as .835" at the 12th fret, and my Model 6 is about .875" at the 12th. Many people have said that the '86 Model 5 & 6 had thinner necks than the later ones, though, so it might be a little closer in thickness to the KE2. It probably won't feel exactly the same as the KE2 Speed Neck profile, but more similar to a Soloist.

          thanks,
so all the soloist, sl1 and sl2h have a .875" neck.
          i did not know that.
what other jackson guitar exept form the ke2 and the kv2 ( mustaine signature ) have a .835" speed neck?
i feel so confortable with it that i don`t want to change it...

Nope, their spec is .790 at the 3rd to .850 at the 12th. I'm just saying the Model 6 will probably feel closer to them than the KE2 in terms of thickness & backshape. I think the WR1 also has the speed neck, but you can check the specs here to be sure:

              yes,
warriors have the speed neck, i checked on the jackson`s site.
another question, still to do with my ke2.
i really like the feel of the ebony fingerboard, would the rosewood on the model 6 feel very different in that respect?
has anyone tried both, the model 6 and jackson`s usa?

It will feel different. It has more of an open grain than ebony & will feel a little softer and less smooth. It all depends on how particular you are. I love my Model 6. Maybe I'd like it just a little more if it had an ebony board, but it's still one of my favorite players and stands right up there with my more expensive axes. The best thing would be if you could try it out & see if it's for you. Just going by specs & features can be a tough way to decide on whether to buy a guitar. The Model 6 (even with prices going up) is still one of the very best bangs for the buck out there, imo.
