Strathead with a Toothpaste Logo... Sounds like a Japanese market Charvel.

    Got any pics?

It is a true strathead or the eagle head. maybe it's is a x291or a ST? or that line.

Eagle beak or an actual strat-style, sounds like the CX-390. (very early CX models had strat headstocks)

That's what I'm thinking. Most of the Japanese-market stratheads I've seen have the guitar-shaped logo.

Take a look at some of the early to mid '90s import catalogs here and you may find a match, if it's a "sorta strathead" shape:

Define butchered licensed Floyd? Like this one? http://www.chrisguitars.com/charvette-hs-bk2.jpg

Without the pickguard, it's possible that it may be the 692, but I thought those were neck-thru. (I could be wrong by applying the Model and Contemporary series bolt-on neck-thru numbering scheme)

I think either Vic or Gary has one of those. I'm gonna dig for an old thread.

-edit- it's Vic. Found the thread, but his pics are down.

It had a strange piece of metal screw where the tremolo arm fits. And it made a squeak everytime it was moved.

The route that I can see under that floyd reminds me of the WB-2 tremolo. (like the Charvette in the picture)

Yeah, it looked like a mid 80's-late 80's trem, or a cheap 90's one. Still, for around $170 it was ok, It sounds awesome. Thanks for your help guys, i appreciate it.

-edit- Can You guys show me the thread?
