If it has a single lock trem it must be a 250. Bought one some time ago for a couple of bucks ($40) to use the parts. The neck has got a new life in a Variax and the body went on the shelf. A few weeks ago I needed a studbushing for a 750XL instandly but what can you do on a sunday ?
Tada...rip it out of the Charvette...!!! Pitty the bushing was glued though so I had to use a chisel to get it out. I can tell you ......the Charvette's
body is NOT plywood................

I have a mint charvette with a hum-sing config, strat shaped and a crappy wb-2 trem. Its a solid body. If not for the trem it would be a great guitar.

Didn't someone have a theory about the dot spacing on the 12th fret predicting whether the body would be plywood or not? I always gave these things a wide birth...
