I did a small search and I was wondering can a Kahler Nut be used on a Jackson/Floyd? Reason being I have a Neck from a Model 2 that has the Kahler locking Nut and IF I were to get a Charvel Model 2 body that is set up with a Jackson Tremelo could It still be used or do I need to swap Nuts??

I'm not sure if the nut will fit directly, but a Kahler locking nut would work in-place of a Floyd Rose nut.Jackson SL2H (nebula) '08

If the locking nut works with that neck (ie. the height is right and it does its job of locking the strings), leave it & it will work fine with any body or any trem.Comment
