It's probably a Charvel M4.

That being said, I wouldn't be surprised to find a USA Jackson body from the same era with a very similar control layout.

What does it say on the headstock? Looks like a model 4. Maybe its advertised as a Jackson because thats what it says on the pickups? If it was a usa jackson body I would think it would have the order description in an unpainted area inside the trem cavity under the springs. What does it say on the neckplate?

No picture of headstock...no neck plate just the body and the neck..
