C = Custom? Damn, my 550XL has just gone up in value. Seems it was an even greater steal than I realised when I picked it up for AU$300

I believe that would be a J50N.

Not exactly sure. J50M is what is listed. Could have been a typo.

Hmm. Never heard of an M. That looks exactly like the J50N that came out of my old Kelly XLR... even had the adjustable poles on the bottom coil.
