I have a VERY GOOD Kahler "flip"style locking nut(After the Nut of course) and I was wondering if the Regular Allen head Kahler released in 1987 will use the same screw holes.I really dont want to drill more holes. Are the Jackson Behind the nuts the same thing?I would like to trade someone (My Flip for the Allen head) because I am trying to keep it "period Correct". I also needed Jackson Tremelo Posts,a Neckplate Gasket and a Black Strap button Screw(The Bigger Model series, not the recent Jackson tiny strap button screws)

The guy to talk to is Budman. He definitely has the trem posts & plate gasket, probably has the screw, and if anyone can answer your questions about the string locks, it's him. You can contact him through his site or PM him here (Budman68).

The Kahler Flip lock stringlock has the same mounting hole pattern as the standard stringlock based on my experience, and this is validated by the fact that on Kahlerusa.com, they both use the same part numbers for the shims (which have the 4 screw mount holes in the shims).
I believe the Jackson version behind the nut stringlock has a slightly different screw location pattern....I think the screws are a little farther apart than on the kahler.

I didnt see anything about the Correct strap button screws on his(Budman's) website(I dealt with him before and he was awesome ) But money is super tight right now,so I was hoping on some used stuff so I can really get this guitar going(I am missing small pieces, but it is making it unplayable) Is anyone wanting to trade their Kahler Behind the Nut screw/allen head nut for the "flip"style??HIGHLY MODDED Peavey Ultra Plus 120
