Can anyone tell me about Stock Model 2 Items?

Mainly did the Model 2 come with Felt strap buttons spacers, and did the Pickup adjustment screws come in black or Chrome? I want My Model 2 I am working on,Litterally mint,playable,but Eye Candy.I remember taking my Dad back in 1989 (when I first started playing) to a Music store and showing him a Model 2,and telling him"I want this Guitar" picking it up,playing it,then having to put it back because the Realization Of My Family could not afford it. Then Going home and reading the Old Musicians Friend catalog and Dreaming at the first few pages,which were all Charvel stuff.
