That one doesn't exactly match any of the Charvel Fusions in catalog scans, but it might be a Fusion Deluxe with the slanted neck single replaced with a hum. The only 2 hum Charvel Fusion in the scans was the Fusion Plus, which had a natural finish, offset dots, a tone knob, and black hardware:
They probably are for coil splitting, but they're added after-market, so they could be for whatever the guy wanted. Could also be kill switches, phase switches, etc.
Looks like a mutt to me. Looks like a fusion body with the neck of a 475.
And yes i know just because it has the comfort bevel on the treble side cutaway that doesnt make it a fusion. Im goin by th epickup spacing looking closer than it should for a normal dinky body.
