I'd say it's a Fusion Deluxe. I'm basing that on the fact that Fusion Deluxes came with chrome hardware. Also, the humbucker in the neck looks modded/added from the slanted single that comes with a Fusion Deluxe.

Looks like a routed Fusion Deluxe. Pull the neck and see what it says. The bridge p/u should be a J-90C (if original).

NOT a 475 (475 necks have 22 f & MOP sharkies, as noted by knowledgable JCFer)

The neck on that guitar (at least, and possibly the body also) is between 16 & 18 years old, as toothpastes were made from 1989 - 1991.
