Modified 275 Deluxe. Looks like the two singles in the bridge position were routed to accept a humbucker.

The '89 275 had a full-sized strat body, JT-6 trem, hum in the bridge & slanted single in the neck:

After that, they changed it to a dinky body, crappy single-locking trem, and crappy dual stacked singles side-by-side in the bridge:
