Need Help.....CSM 1G?

I have a chance to get a great looking and playing Charvel CSM 1G but i don`t know anything about it. Could someone please give me all the info on this model as to where its made and body woods (specs) ect....Thank you!!!

I have one. And I like it. A lot of people don't like the H-S-H. The headstock shape is unique. If the price is right. Buy it. The tuners are cool.

Yeah i know the tuners are Gotoh`s since it says so on them *lol* but thats the only thing i know about this guitar. I heard from some reviews on HC that this guitar was made in Japan. Late 80s early 90s possibly??? Who knows....HELP!!!!

I'm back from my Summer Home. It's a solid body. Basswood?. The truss rod adjusts from the heel. The pups are very "Bright". The neck is medium thin. It has a Strat-like contour on the back. Very cool. I hope this helps. I don't know where it was made.

That does help......my main concern is i was hoping it wasn`t a plywood body!! I played one today at a local music store and i loved it. I think i`m gonna go buy it tomorrow!!! If anyone else has any info on these guitars please let me know!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like its in decent shape. Does it have a case. I hope its sub $200. Its worth it as a player but as far as value goes that headstock kills it for the most part. I would liken it to a performer Jackson except for the headstock which some people hate. That neck should be really nice if its anything like the cx necks that Ive had. It looks real clean.

I`m getting the same exact guitar as the pics show (in like new condition!) but from a local music store by me. It is sub $200 and comes with a case. As far as the headstock goes i really like it,i`m more a tradtional guy when it comes to headstock shapes so there is no issues at all for me there! I`m going today to pick this up.

Well i got the guitar today and it is awesome!!!!! If anyone can shed some light or lead me to a link about the history of this model i`d appreciate it!!!! Either way its a killer axe!!!!

Does anyone know anything about the Charvel CSM-1G guitar?

I just bought one and it is an awesome guitar but i can`t seem to find out any info/specs for it anywhere. If anyone knows any history of this model please let me know. Thanks!

Yeah. I tried when I bought mine awhile back to get info. It seems that a sleeper great player gets no respect around here.
