  • 2 '86 model 4's captured

    Yesterday was Christmas.
2 1986 model 4's arrived, as well as a minty Jackson PS-4 (I'll post a pic of that one over there ----> tomorrow).
The Charvel's are nice... one's about a 9 out of 10, the other about a 7.5, but will a little TLC/buffing, they would each go up a notch.
    Nice players.
I'm digging the Kahler trems... pinky pressure.
The blue one in the middle is the one I scored a few weeks back, for contrast.

AW, that hurts. Those are clones of my old 86' Model 4. Dare I ask, how much did they set you back?

I paid 500 plus shipping for both of the black model 4's
                    shipping was around 70 bucks
so I have 285 into each.
I thought it was an OK deal... not screamin' good, but OK
I've had a soft spot for these for about 20 years, so I figured what the hell
I can always sell one right?

What model is the blue one in the middle?, also could you post the neck joint of the blue one? I just bought a Charvel that looks REALLY close to what that one looks like and I dont know what the body on it is. If you can't thats cool too.

Piro, it's a bone stock model 3, except for the neck treatment.
I took it apart and sanded/BL Oiled it so it had that correct vibe.
Keepers I tend to do that to.
Looks like a regular strat type neck attachment.
I'll get pics to you this weekend.
What are you looking for, just a back view/neck plate area, or what?
Can do, just let me know.

                            Frigo/Racer pm me.
I don't want to get in trouble for trying to sell stuff in the wrong forum.

actually with the description thats all I needed to know, I don't need pictures. Ya the body on mine definatly isnt the same (has a sculpted heel), I only asked because the color was exactly the same. Thanks for the info!
