  • Hey all Something I have never seen

Any of you have any ideas? And of course when I saw it I just "HAD" to buy it. It's a bolt on Model 4 Dead mint but the kicker is it has this "2" stamped into the fret board. Any ideas?

Much to my wifes dismay I now have three model 2's a model 1 and now a second model 4

Cool guitar but a factory '2nd'. Any fault with a '2nd' is usually a minor flaw, nothing structual. It lowers the value a little but if it seems mint I'd grab it if the price was right.

That might be the "Super Rare" with special defect.

I did I got it and a mint Journeyman for 400.00 I think it was fair. I thought they mark 2nd's on the head. What constitutes a flaw? this neck has none that I see. Could it be a hidden flaw in the pocket faces or could it be on the body? If it's marked on neck and it's a body flaw why not just bolt on a new neck?
