  • Model series, Ontario / San Dimas route?

    I thought the Model Series Bolt-Ons all had the San Dimas route (back side cavity)... 1986-1987.

    Or did they also use the Ontario route?

    Or was it only Model 1 and 2 having the small SD route, due to one knob only?

        Model 4 had the mid boost thats why the Ontario route.
        Model 5 & 6 had the Ontario route as well

          So, it's the one-knob models that have the SD route... because they don't demand much space. Don't you think?

            Yep.
            On a side note the early model 2's with the Kahler fulcrum trem the trem route cover plate was not recessed in the body like the the JT-6 model 2's.That why people use them for Charvel strat head mutts.I recontoured an early model 2 to have the same belly cut as the SD Charvels for my strat head mutt.
