Jackson Pickups on model 3A

Hey Guys,
What can you tell me about the pickups that come on a model 3A?
They are the covered raised logo Jackson humbuckers but they are a model J80C.
They're passive pickups, no mid boost or anything. Just hooked to a 5 way switch with a Vol. and Tone control.
How do these differ from the J90C pickup?, Less output maybe?

Personally, I had a Model 5 and loved them in the neck and bridge position but I would never give advice on a pickup because it's a personal thing, ya know? But I'll give you some info and let you decide for yourself:
