Charvel toothpaste modified

A friend of mine has a charvel that he bought used, the guy who sold it to him modified it to his taste; it sounds good but now I cant know wich model it is
He added a pickguard, and changed the 3 singles pickups he claims it had originally (thoug I dont remenber any charvel matching this having 3 singles) for the 2 humbs it has now (the bridge one is suppossed to be a dimarzio).
He claims the original model was a super strat jaajajaj

If anyone has any idea of what model can it be please tell me

Looks like a fucked up 275, and yes, it had 3 single coils.
Two were placed together at an angle... the pic says it all.

I thought it was a humb on the bridge of the 275!

How good is it compared to a 375 or a model 2?

I see now that he also added another tone pot that wasent there originally

Does anyone know how to recognize a Dimarzio without unscrewing it ? I'm starting to doubt the mic too !
