You just won't be able to pull up on the trem when you play it.
The OFR on my Model 6 pulls up fine. The JT-6 posts do restrict the range slightly, but not much. Budman makes replacement JT-6 posts that have a more open angle to overcome this issue if you find it to be a problem.
What part of the trem are you afraid won't fit? It fits. The post spacing is correct and it's non-recessed, so there's no worry about fitting a recess cavity. Adding an OFR is one of the most common upgrades people do to Model Series Charvels.
i have a Model 6, if i were to get an orig floyd rose, how do i choose the correct one? neva done it b4, r the screws all the same size etc, like will it easily fit into the copies slots?

You'd bascially have to check that the sustain block is the right length and the kinfe edges fit onto the bushings correctly. An OFR should fit those exactly...I think.
