I have several guitars with the JT6 in various states of condition. And each one works perfectly. It;s just a matter of seeetin them up pproperly. Maybe a good cleaning and reassembling. Check the posts for grooves and the knife edges for flat spots. If non are present. Put the trem back on and should be good.
