Hell, I offered to buy it from the guy when this was posted and he e-mailed me that he would "have to ask his dad". Haven't heard a thing since. $170 is a kick ass deal, and someone needs to snag it!

I'm jealous!!! Carlsbad is really nice. We have some friends that moved from Carlsbad to the Bay Area several years ago and they've regretted it ever since. By the way ...GO SHARKS!
