I bought this Model 2 body about 4 years ago and it sat until 6 months ago when I decided to finish it. All I had was the painted body. I found JCF Online in May, and used information from the site to know what I needed to finish it. Thanks in particular to Alvin Wilson and DG for answering questions about the Model guitars to help me know what I needed; RobRR for a killer Model 2 neck; and Budman68 for the back covers, pup ring, and other hardware.

    By the way, she screams!
OFR with Floyd Upgrades.com Brass Sustain Block (don't leave home without it)
    SD Parallel Axis Distortion Trembucker

I wish, Scotty! I won the guitar on an Ebay auction by Big Head Guitars. It was supposed to have been painted by Paul Miller at Big Head Guitars.

Other people have mentioned GMW Guitars and Mike Learn (member on this site) for paint work. You should check them out.

            Best of luck,
            Mike

Thank you for the kind words, Don.

I also love the Bengal stuff. I really wanted to order a Yellow Bengal KV2 (Jackson King V) several years ago, but never pulled the trigger. Still regret it. A member of this site has one...I believe he's in Europe. Anyway, there's just something about that style graphic.

                        Take care,

I've tried to send him pics of the guitar after getting it put together. I was wondering whether he's still around.

                              Thanks for checking it out!
