The Model 88 has a push-in bar.

All JT-6 trems have a push-in bar, unless someone mods it and adds a collared bar. The first Jackson trem with a threaded collar was the JT-590, which was first used toward the end of '88 on some of the US guitars, and was standard equipment starting with the '89 Charvel imports. There was a short period of overlap of the two trems, with the last of the JT-6 trems being used on the '89 Charvel 275 and some of the Charvettes.
