Model 5 Kahler Replacement

Hi!

I spotted an ad for a cheap cheap Model 5 with a khaler. I'll go and take a look at it tomorrow, but I want to know something first.

I don't intend to keep the Tremolo, and one thing I thought is that I could fix it with a fixed bridge.

I searched a bit and found out Kahler makes fixed bridges, but there are two models, and the only one I could find on eBay is the 7330 hybrid, just like this.

Would it be the right replacement for an old Charvel Kahler?

Check out....

Wammi World on the net....or their eBay store. They have fixed Kahler bridges - the model escapes me - for a lot less money than a hybrid. I think about 120 bux for black.

Nope...

haven't done it. But I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last nite! :ROTF: Actually did talk to Wammi J a number of times about using a fixed Kahler bridge on my RR5 as a replacement for my tune-o-matic. Big neck angle issues that must be overcome etc in my case....but yours seems pretty straight forward.
