Hi everyone,
My names Jon and I'm from the UK. I've been lurking around the forum for quite a while now and thought it was about time I said 'Hi' and introduced some of the family.
This white 475 Special is what started it all off. Bought new in 1990 and in need of a new bridge and a fret dress but she'll be right again someday soon.

The Model 3A is going through a bit of a transition at the moment. The JT-6 was toast so I've got a chrome Schaller on there at the moment. Think I might swap the rest of the hardware to chrome also. It's a Duncan Screamin' Demon in the bridge but I've got a J90c to go in there and a J80 to try out in the neck also. Will keep you updated on that one! (Please excuse the input jack!)
I'm particularly fond of the Limited '88. Took a while to track one down in the UK I can tell you! It had an EMG 81 fitted but I managed to score a J95 shortly after so now she's back to stock. Also managed to get hold of a reverse headstock chainsaw case for her too which was sweet.

The Legend was my first non-rosewood fretboard guitar and she's great. The bridge pup is a Bare Knuckle Piledriver. These are hand wound in the UK and are getting quite a reputation. It's a Duncan SSL-4 Quarter Pound in the nect position. Sounds a bit thin to me so I've got an EMG Afterburner in the parts box that I'm considering throwing in there to fatten things up.

The CX291 Strathead (above right) and the 275 Deluxe (below) don't get played that much but look nice on the wall. Both are completely stock.

Ok, ok this isn't a Charvel but it is in spirit! My blue GMW strathead is probably the one I'd rescue if the house was burning down. The neck is just out of this world.

Anyway... really enjoy the forum and hope to become more of a participating member in the future.
Cheers everyone!
