Was noodling around on fleabay and stumbled across this. Another Model A+ Pro to keep my Natural top/Red back company. Not sure of their exact street value but I love these. So that's kind of a moot point. Came w/a brand new HS case. Not a Chavel but a very nice pleather bound unit that wreaks of new case odor!
It does have two small drill holes in the body (disclosed by the seller) which I am in the process of filling. Missing the wiggle stick. All else on the outside is pretty much pristine. I can detect zero fret wear. Also rings unplugged quite well.
Not sure about the p'ups except the middle one which is a L'il Screamin Deamon. The others seem to have been swapped out - no markings underneath. The bridge p'up has a lot of wax on its underside and is quiet. The bridge p'up sounds pretty decent and is on the hot side (didn't ohm it out). The neck p'up is pretty clean sounding but no umph. Prolly put the Screamin Deamon in the neck and drop a single in the middle. Undecided about the bridge p'up as of now. Does have a push/pull pot on the tone knob. Solder job is very low-rent throughout the entire cavity. Will redo all of it pretty soon. Leaning towards mini-H/S/H for this one but not set in stone.
I'm open to p'up combination suggestions. All tha aside..... Pics.........
