I was wondering what would "cross reference" on a neckplate gasket and the adjustment screws and springs for the Jackson 90C pickup? Fretsonthenet didnt have them

Any standard fender gasket should work. As far as the screws and springs go, I think you can buy sets pretty cheap on ebay or somewhere.
