    i am looking to buy jackson serial #9845412. how do i tell what model it is? it doesnt say on it, that i can tell anyway

    you can't tell what it is from just the serial number. If you can provide some specs or better yet, pictures, we can try to identify it for you.

      Bolt-on or neckthrough?
      What kind of bridge?
      What is the pickup layout?
      Pickguard or rear-loaded?
      How many frets?
      What kind of inlays?
      Anything besides "Jackson" on the headstock?

            Why bother replying to this guy? All he does is start mulitple threads about the same guitar. Two or three of his threads I've deleted from other sections of the board and closed up this one and another.
