These are pics of the RR3 and the rx10d. Which of the two would you choose for straight up looks?

None of them look particularly good. I've always hated polka-dots; especially on guitars, and the pinstripes on the RR-3 don't go very well with the pickguard and the v-plate.
Looking only at the specs, I would prefer the RR-3, since it has the jack in the top wing.

Whatever it is, those pics look like they were done in Kisekae or something. They don't look like photos of real guitars.
And if it's an RR5, how come it's got crappy Detonators in it?
If you're basing your buying on those two pics, I'd seriously suggest you get to a shop and check out the real things.

I think the newer RR3's have the upper jack and have done for a few years, that is a major part in playabillity imo, though if you want a simple metal guitar the RX10D has one volume, and a toggle.
Compared to the two volumes and one tone of the RR3, and if you are going for the trem version of the RR3 it probably is better unless the X series have the same improved trem as the pro series?
I wouldnt doubt the RR3's are better guitars especially as the newer X series have basswood bodies or have done since 06/07...
