is this a fair price?

I'm looking at a used Kelly KE3 w/ hard shell at a local Music-go-round for $450, but I don't know what these go for regular. Is this price about right for a good condition used KE3? Link below is about half way down the page:

Offer $350.00 thats a good store they will work with you.
I would bring in some beater guitar that you have very little mony in and offer them 350 and your guitar.
The guys there are pretty cool and done me some good deals.

Thanks, I'll give that a go. Don't have any beater guitars (well not to me anyway), so I'll just try to work with the price...
