Jackson SLSMG swap passive bridge for active EMG81?

IS it possible to due this myself with pretty much just a pickup swap and place the battery in the compartment?

Or is this much more detailed than that...i think the jack is already stereo?

You can do it yourself...I've done it several times, but you have to replace everything. Pots, out-put jack, PuPs. You can keep the stock 3-way, tho I'd advise to get a better quality one. Take your time...follow the schematics...good a good solder gun...save yourself $$$
