I think its a soloist. The finger board inlays with the small sharkies suggest its from the MG series but the pickups have been changed. I'm sure someone will correct me.

thanks for the excellent ID job. It looks pretty nice, any ideas what its worth and if it a nice model? I know close to nothing about guitars, but I'm looking to upgrade from my bottom of the line schecter.
