  • 2 Jackson Id

    So I am the current owner of 2 jackson guitars, one is an rr model whereas the other is a kelly model.
    I however am not really sure as to their particular models so I was hoping someone here could be of assistance on that matter.

    So first off the rr:
    I am not sure which pickups it came with stock as they where already switched with emg's when i bought it. The bridge is a licenced floyd rose.
    Serial = 9643364

    Then the Kelly:
    It has duncan designed pickups which were stock, the bridge is a licenced floyd rose. Serial = 9851351

      Your RR3 was produced around 1999; the KE3 is much newer, just a few years old probably. Both made in Japan.

        Cool, thanks for the info. I suspected that they were a rr3 and ke-3 but its nice to have confirmation. Finding out they came from japan and and estimate of production year is more then I had hoped for.

          Were you thinking maybe they were X-series? Had they not been pro series?
          I hooked up my accelerator pedal in my car to my brake lights. I hit the gas, people behind me stop, and I'm gone.

            Nice guitars.
            I want to go out nice and peaceful in my sleep like my grandfather, not screaming and hollering like the passengers in his car.
