DK2 action and neck shim

I just picked up a DK2 (swirl) on a trade and it plays great. I like my string height super low. I lowered the Floyd as much as I can. It still plays great with no buzzes. I would like to go a little lower but the Floyd is bottomed out. I was thinking of slipping a thin shim like a business card in the back of the neck pocket. Anyone shim a DK2 neck or will I just get buzzing if I go lower than the Floyd will allow??

what size strings are you using and what tuning are you going to play in?

9's and standard tuning .

A shim is the proper way to adjust the neck. Go for it.

yea i say go for it aswell, just make sure when you shim that you do so evenly so that you dont change the neck angle.
