Anyone know anything about the vibrato on this ? It's stamped takeuchi, made in japan on the baseplate. Seems to hold tune rather well. Audiozone didn't have any info on them... The ps-4 looks identical to many i've seen posted on here, I bought from an Evergreen College student for 2 hundy, great deal imo.

It's the early JT580, Jackson and charvels had them until fender bought the company. same as this I believe:

I didn't know that the TRS's are Takeuchi's... Just googled it and it seems to be true. Technically, the one you have there is a JT580LP (low profile). Have it on most of my guitars and I like it alot.

The 580LP's on both my '95 and '95 Dinky's hold tune very well and I've been rough on the 94 since I bought it new 15 years ago. Still works great.
