  • Need help with serial please.

    Hey guys great forum

I have read as much as I could find on the subject, but I still cannot properly identify this guitar.

    What I do know.

It's a Dinky (exact line idk)
Serial - 98120661 <---Could not find any information on a 8 digit serial...
24 Fret (Pretty sure generic rosewood)
    Licensed FloydRose (but incredibly stable)
    Chrome Hardware

What I don't know (and would like to)

Factory pickups (some generic ibanez temporary pickups are in 4 now)
    Model line (suspecting dx10?)
Where it was built (I'm thinking india)
    What year

If anyone can help me out I would really appreciate it

It plays really well, and feels solid. I have yet to tune this thing it's spot on time and time again. Thinking I got a quality made value model.

Any thoughts and suggestions are welcome!

If I recall from reading other posts the 8 digit serials are India. Racer X or Rjohnston should be able to chime in on this one.

              Yep, DX10D made in India.
The trem is a JT-500. Not complete shit, but not real quality either.

                Thanks man appreciate it

Yeah this was actually given to me by my uncle he was trying to get $150 out of it.

I couldn't be happier with it, it's the first floyd rose that hasn't been extremely painful to use/set up.
