Jackson Dominion Black beauty?

is Jackson releasing a Mark Morton Black Beauty Dominion this year, cos I saw on Youtube that it would be released in summer 2010?
It would be a great addition to Jackson's guitar lineup, and I have noticed many people admire that guitar.

Does anyone have any info, specs, pics etc?
