Help Please ASAP

Hi guys, I have a choice between a £300 pound DKMG used and a £369 DXMG New, the obvious choice is the DKMG, but it sounds a little suspicous, the guitar is only a month old and the person is selling it already, so if anyone can see anything wrong with the pics below (I'm not linking the auction as this guitar is gonna be mine if all is good so you guy's aint stealing it, just to be sure :P)

Up for grabs is a Jackson DKMG Black with EMG 81 & 85 pickups.
Guitar is in immaculate condition being only 1 month old with just one small scratch on the rear plastic cover.
Guitar comes with Jackson hard case.

I can't see anything wrong from what you've posted. Sometimes great deals happen & you have to jump on them. Yes, you can get burned sometimes, but if you use paypal it'll usually work out in your favor.
