Yeah, I'm absolutely loving it, I hear bad stuff about the HZs but I really like them, probably because I'm used to low-end pick-ups though but I was blown away when I first used it and also no more standing up to practice guitar, damn rhoads! :L

          really nice guitar, congrats.

are you not able to play the rhoads seated with it resting between your legs (your right leg resting between the horns assuming it isnt a lefty)?

Mine's the Js and the jack is positioned on the upper fin where you would probably rest it on your leg, so unfortunately I can't, I've had to balance it on my leg if I want to practise while sitting down and it just slides.

ah right, thats a bit of a pain! nevermind now; dinkies are amongst the most comfortable guitars ive ever played (standing and seated). I just bought a 1998 kv3 on ebay (bargain at 140 pounds), bit worried the upper fin jack will get in the way!

The trick to playing a Rhoads sitting down is to keep the strap on. That stops it from sliding forward.

most v's and the kelly or warrior are about the same, keep the strap on em and they sit perfectly

Nice dinky, best of the "superstrats" in my opinion

great guitars to start with, can always change the pickups and hardware to whatever you like

you said its your first "Good" guitar, if you take care of it you will never need another one or outgrow it as a musician

Nah, I think it's only the JSs from what I've heard, i think they're placed on the outside of the lower fin, can't remember though, but £140? That's a steal... You lucky bastard :L

Yeah, my first was a strat copy made horribly, second was the JS30RR, it was alright but imo it wasn't very good, I bought it second hand off ebay for £92 and it had damages and for awhile the jack had a problem, got it fixed, fucked up again but haven't had a problem with it since, but I really love this dxmg that I have now.

Especially when that price includes the hardcase
