King V custom control plate

Here is the control plate I made for my king V. I like the control plates of the RR but I dont like the short and long points. So I decided to do this instead. What do you think.

Needs chrome pickup rings or a black pickguard to complete the look I think. Either of those will help balance the look a bit more so the eye doesn't keep getting yanked down by the bright spot.

Maybe black powder coated diamond plate even if you wanted to go more "butch" and less sleek.

I need to snap another pic of it. I put sd Invader pickups in it with chrome alan screws and it helps offset the look

I like pickguards if they are done well. I'm not feeling the chrome, but I think it looks great!
