I'd also keep an eye on the Ishibashi U-box, you can get some really nice Japanese market Jacksons and Stars on there for reasonable money, plus shipping to Australia isn't that bad.

I got my JStars SLTN-02 (soloist), shipped to NZ for around 65k Yen (plus the GST).

How do you buy, do you read Japanese???? Great site nice guitars.

Nah. You just hover over the links, as they usually appear listed in english at the bottom of the browser. For Ishibashi, you just go to the uppermost link, third from the left, this should be the U-box link. You then just put Jackson in the search engine on the left...

Once you have your product 'code' for the guitar (take all the numbers down for ease), you just email their international address and enquire about purchasing with the code. I was able to pay using PayPal. They have brought in a policy of only shipping guitars over 50k Yen, as they were losing money on the cheaper ones. Shipping was around 14k yen if I remember.

They tend to add guitars quite often (every few days), but it just depends on what they get in.

Edit: That DK2 looks like a good deal though, and you could be waiting a while for what you want to show up.
