Any idea what this could be?

Dinky body, 2 open coil HBs with pickup rings. 1v 1t, blade switch

Reverse headstock, rosewood board with offset dots

    Chrome hardware

    Finish is a royal blue

Seller is asking for $199 and it includes a hardcase

Store is near my job and if it looks promising I may stop there after work.

For some reason I always thought "later" Fusions often came with offset dots. Does offset dots mean MIJ?

I can't make out the hardware in that picture, but $199 with case sounds pretty good to not pass up.

          Possibly, but...

          Not necessarily

I'm gonna agree here. I can't see it too well but hat trem looks like a 580, so this could be a Japanese and for 199 with case that's not bad...

            Ron, zoom the pic.
That's a chrome JT-500 or aftermarket Schaller style trem (has the blank recessed area where a logo would be) and the control layout has the slight forward offset on the blade selector.
JS series of some sort. The body anyway.

Possible parts guitar given the offset dots and reverse headstock.

Talk'em down to $140. I like the case more than the guitar.
